Subsidized supervised visitation, anchored by community-funded hours.

Bridgeway's Equity Program is the formal mechanism behind our $40–$65/hr base rate — well below the $75–$125/hr typical of Utah providers. It exists so that financial hardship never severs the bond between a parent and their child. Below: how the program is funded, what our sliding scale looks like, and how family law attorneys and guardians ad litem can request subsidized hours for indigent clients.

How the equity program is funded

$

Sliding-scale subsidies

Income-based fee reductions for families demonstrating financial need. The difference between a family's tier and our standard rate is absorbed by the Equity Program reserve — never billed back to the family.

+

Mission reserve hours

Bridgeway sets aside a portion of every paid visit into a mission reserve that funds pro bono and in-kind supervised hours. These hours go directly to families who cannot contribute at any tier, including indigent clients referred by attorneys.

Skill-and-labor exchange

For non-custodial parents who can contribute labor or skill but not cash, we accept in-kind exchange (small facility maintenance, documentation review, transportation logistics). The same standard care applies regardless of how the visit is funded.

Transparent pricing

Our sliding-scale band is anchored on a $55–$65/hr standard tier for most Utah families, with subsidized rates extending down to $40/hr for those demonstrating financial need. We have no retainers, no hidden fees, and we give every family the full rate schedule in writing before the first visit.
