Therapeutic Monitoring is a Bridgeway service line that runs alongside — not in place of — supervised visitation and parent-time exchange. We provide clinically informed observation aligned with the family's treatment plan, with written summaries that referring therapists, guardians ad litem, and the court can actually use.
Neutral, third-party observation guided by clinical goals — what's working in the parent-child relationship, and what the treatment team should know about.
Observations map to the family's existing treatment plan. We coordinate with the referring therapist so our notes speak the same language as the clinical record.
Written clinical-style summaries after each session — observations, progress notes, and any safety-relevant detail. Available to attorneys or the court on written request.
We loop in referring providers and (with appropriate releases) family members so monitoring reinforces, rather than disrupts, the work already underway.
Weekday, evening, and limited weekend slots are available for new therapeutic monitoring referrals. A licensed-clinician assessment is scheduled within 48 hours of intake. We coordinate the timing with the referring provider so monitoring fits the family's existing schedule.
Therapist, attorney, or GAL emails the referral with court order or treatment plan attached.
We review the clinical goals, confirm Wasatch Front coverage, and align on the observation plan.
First monitoring session is scheduled within days. We coordinate both parents and the referring provider.
Monitoring starts; clinical-style summaries are delivered after each session to the referring team on request.
Therapeutic monitoring is quoted separately from supervised visitation. Hourly rates are set at intake based on session length, clinical scope, and reporting requirements. We do not charge retainers or hidden fees. Referring providers and attorneys receive a written rate schedule before the first session — no surprises.
